Yoga practices are proven to bring healthy state of body, mind and longevity in life. In this age of infections and deteriorating health, Yoga is bringing new hope for the entire world to stay healthy, stay well and stay disease free. With the aim to spread the ancient knowledge to the vast population, Sewa Europe and YogAyur in association with Shri Ambika Yoga Kutir starting the 10th batch of Swasthya Yoga.

Swasthya Yoga batch will be 2 hours sessions every Sunday between 8:30 am to 10:30 am and will continue for 8 weekends from 8th September 2024. 

GuruDakshina(Donation) for the course will be 50 EUR/GBP. Once you register we will send the bank details.

Content of the course:

1. Cleansing Processes : Shudhi Kriya (Shatkarma) Netra Snan Ganesh Kriya - Ashwini Mudra, Jala Neti, Jala Dhauti, Kapala Bhati, Agnisara, Vayusara, Laghu Shankha Prakshalana

2. BREATHING AND HEALTHY LIFE : (Kriyas) - Ujjayi, Sheetali, Sheetkari

3. Anti-Rheumatic & micro Exercises - Vajrasan,  Naman Mudra, Yoga Mudra, Shoulder and Neck movement, Toe bending, Ankle bending, Ankle rotation, Ankle crank, Hip rotation, half and full butterfly

4. DIGESTIVE / Prone position  ASANA - Shalabhasan, Bhujangasan, Dhanurasan & Rolling, Kaichi (Scissor pose), Naukasan.

5. DIGESTIVE / Supine Position Asanas - Utthith Padasan, Cycling: Both legs, Alternate legs, Pavanmuktasan, Sarvangasan, Matsyasan, kandharasan, Chakrasan

6. Flexibility & Special Purpose Asanas: Paschimottanasan, Akarnadhanurasana, Ardha Matsyendrasan,  Ustrasana, Marjarasan, Shwanasan, Supta Vajrasan, Gomukhasan, Uttith and Gupta Padmasan

7. Balancing Asanas :  Standing position - Vrikshasan, Tadasan with variation of looking upwards, Ek Paad Hastasan, Natraj asan

8. Dynamic Practices : Surya Namaskar

9. Relaxation - Shavasan
