Physical and mental health is important aspect of a harmonious and peaceful society. Therefore, mental, physical and psychological well-being is e one of the main objectives of Sewa International Europe. Following our guiding principle ‘Vasidhaiv Kutumbkam’ (the whole world is our family), our Yog programs are aimed to spread awareness about ancient Indian practices of Yog and knowledge of Yogic principles for well-being for all.

Yog for Sewa has following major goals:

  • Mental and physical well-being for all with focus on groups more in need.
  • Spreading yog practices and knowledge in common society as per the ancient scriptures.
  • Creating a peaceful and harmonious society and promoting culture of selfless service.

Yog and well-being for all

  • Yog session for society without and charges
  • Virtual Yog practice session on regular schedule
  • Physical sessions in different European cities
  • Focus group sessions – Policemen, people in distress, etc.

Yog Instructor Certification Program

  • Train the trainer program – prepare Yog instructors to volunteer for social service
  • Training course to help getting Yog Instructor Certification
  • Certification agency: Yoga Certification Board, AYUSH Ministry, Govt. of India
  • Weekly training sessions spanning more than six months
  • Limited space - admission to the program is by selection process.
